WHAT IS THE TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIME FOR MY ITEM?
Please allow 2-3 days for your item to be monogrammed. If you need an item sooner, please call and we will try to accommodate your needs. You may be charged a small fee for a rush delivery.

 

CAN YOU MONOGRAM ITEMS THAT ARE NOT BOUGHT FROM YOUR STORE?
Yes! We can monogram virtually anything! If you would like something monogrammed from an outside store, you can do this one of two ways: You can mail the item in with the monogram, font type, and thread color (if you can send in a swatch of the color you want, that is very helpful). You can also bring it to our Shoppe and we will help you pick your font type and thread color. Either way is fine.


DO YOU OFFER MORE PRODUCTS IN YOUR SHOPPE?
Yes, we have lots of options! We are known as a mini-department store. Just ask and we will send you a picture.

 

CAN I PURCHASE AN ITEM WITHOUT PERSONALIZATION?
Most definitely! Monogramming is included with every purchase, but if you choose to skip this step, just add the item to your cart without entering any personalization details.

 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Yes, if you would like to place an order over the phone, please feel free to call us at: 310-540-0503. We would be more than happy to walk you through our phone order process and answer any questions you may have about an item.

 

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Absolutely! No need to pay for shipping if you live close enough to stop in and pick up your completed order. Just select local pickup at checkout. We also offer no-contact curbside pickup, local delivery and shipping.  We can't wait to see you!

 

WHAT TYPES OF PERSONALIZATION ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer sewn embroidery in the Shoppe, but we also offer Direct-to-Garment, Silk screening, embossing, laser etching on wood, plexiglass and glass. 

 

CAN YOU DO LARGE BULK ORDERS?
Definitely!  Please call for quote and turnaround times.  We can also order your t-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, totes, etc.

 

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
If you realize a change needs to be made once you have already placed your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate any requests, but we are sometimes limited to the changes we can make.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE MY ORDER, AND SOMETHING IS WRONG? 

Oh no! If you find something wrong with your item, please contact us immediately. Please include a picture so that we can get back to you quickly. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, so we will do our best to rectify the situation. Please make sure you double check the spelling and options before placing your order. There could be a fee for correcting an error that was input wrong. 

 

CAN I RETURN A MONOGRAMMED ITEM?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on personalized products. Verify your monogram or personalization is correct before purchasing.  Please be sure to double check spelling before placing your order. Once your order is placed, changes may be made but cannot be guaranteed. Thank You for your understanding of this policy.

 

WHAT IS THE CORRECT WAY TO LIST INITIALS FOR A MONOGRAM?
When selecting a style for your monogram, the order of initials varies according to the style. When the center letter is taller than the others, the order of initials is traditionally first/last/middle. For example, say your name is Laura Marie Clark, the monogram would be LCM. For styles in which all letters are equal in size, the order of initials should be first/middle/last. In this case, the monogram would be LMC. See our monogram guidelines for details.

Monograms are a personal preference! For example, for traditional couples, some people believe that the man goes on the left, as the saying is “Man and Wife”. Some people believe that the woman goes on the left because in a traditional wedding ceremony, the woman stands to the left of the man. Either way is perfectly acceptable. In both cases, the common last initial is larger in the middle.  For example, Edward and Cynthia Jones is EJC or CJE. For men, most people do the three initials straight across: James Edward Vaughn would be JEV. For women, the last initial is still larger in the middle: Morgan Rene Smith would be MSR. It’s completely up to you! Please make sure that you check the order of your letters before submitting your order. We aim to please and will monogram your letters in the order that they are typed. If you would like them straight across, please specify that in the comments section of your order. This will ensure that you receive the monogram you want!

 

CAN I HAVE MY COMPANY'S LOGO EMBROIDERED ON SOMETHING?
Yes, we are able to digitize and embroider logos. If you have a logo you would like us to embroider, please email us (lisamonogram@gmail.com) or bring us a picture of the logo and we can discuss your embroidering options. There is a one-time digitizing fee for this service. Please call for information and quotes.

 

WHAT MONOGRAM DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR INFANTS OR SMALL CHILDREN?
For baby boys, we love the Evening News or Primary School font for names and initials. For baby girls, we love the Daisy font for names and initials.

  

WHAT MONOGRAM DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR WEDDING ITEMS?
For fancier initials, we recommend using Snow or Bridal Path.  We do have some fancier interlocking fonts available. For a simple, yet formal look, Select font is also a great pick. If you would like a fancier font, please call to discuss.

 

WHEN I SUBMIT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ONLINE, IS IT SECURE?
The Monogram Shoppe has sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your credit card information, and we will do our best to protect its security on our systems. Specifically, every page in the www.themonogramshoppela.com ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our website, and you do so at your own risk. To help ensure others will not have access to your credit card information while on our website, we urge you to sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place.
